Hey Frank,

As our community continues to grow, changes are necessary to allow Zwift to grow with it. Introducing our new Terms of Service.

The new Terms of Service is effective today. We encourage you to read them in whole. Theres a summary below to help give you a sense of the changes:

– We simplified the language and streamlined the Terms of Service to make it easier to understand.

– We consolidated our membership terms into our Terms of Service and added relevant terms of sale for the products we sell through our platform.

– We encounter some bad apples from time to time, so we updated our content and conduct requirements to make sure people are using our platform as it was intended and in a way thats not harmful to us or our fellow Zwifters.

– We updated aspects of how and where we can resolve disputes, including a mandatory arbitration and a class action waiver clause.

If you continue to use Zwift after today, you effectively agree with the new Terms of Service.
